Before you redeem
How to use a redemption code
- The code will be applied to the account that is currently signed in, so make sure you are using the correct account first.
- A code may grant membership renewal, Enterprise access, or GraphPilot credits for the current account.
- If you already have an active membership of the same tier, the code will usually be treated as a renewal.
- After a successful redemption, return to the profile page and confirm that the membership status or credits have been refreshed.
Common reminders
- Enter the full code in the correct format before submitting.
- If redemption fails, first check for extra spaces or the wrong account.
- If you need invoice, order, or payment help, open the Order Management page for the current manual workflow.
