How to use a redemption code

• The code will be applied to the account that is currently signed in, so make sure you are using the correct account first.
• If you already have an active membership, the code will usually be treated as a renewal.
• After a successful redemption, return to the profile page and confirm that the membership status has been refreshed.

Common reminders

• Enter the full code in the correct format before submitting.
• If redemption fails, first check for extra spaces or the wrong account.
• If you need invoice, order, or payment help, open the Order Management page for the current manual workflow.
