We do not sell your personal information without a lawful basis, but we may disclose, transfer, or provide necessary information to the following categories of third parties:

4.1 Infrastructure and Service Providers

  • Stripe for payment processing, refunds, and related payment-risk handling;
  • OpenAI for model processing used by RG GraphPilot or other AI features;

  • in connection with a merger, financing, restructuring, acquisition, sale of assets, equity transaction, or similar business transaction;
  • where you expressly request or authorize the disclosure.

5. Cross-Border Transfers

Because our service providers, AI providers, edge network providers, and communication tools may operate in multiple countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction. By using the website or related services, you understand and agree to that cross-border processing and transfer.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, session identifiers, edge-cache identifiers, and similar technologies to:

  • keep you signed in and maintain session continuity;
  • improve security, identify abnormal access, and prevent abuse;
  • support load balancing, caching, and core performance management;
  • remember basic preferences.

If we later enable broader analytics or marketing cookies, we may update this Privacy Policy and any required notice mechanisms.

7. GraphPilot, Public Snapshots, and Sensitive Content Reminder

  1. RG GraphPilot may retain sessions, attachments, task logs, snapshots, and related metadata for a long period, and our server-side cleanup processes may periodically remove some historical content.
  2. If you create a public snapshot link, anyone who obtains that link may be able to access the snapshot during its validity period without signing in.
  3. Do not upload, submit, or publish through a public snapshot any information that you do not want processed, cached, copied, or publicly accessible.
  4. We strongly recommend that you redact code, attachments, customer materials, and screenshots before submitting them where appropriate.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, perform contracts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect security, and operate the business. Different categories may be retained for different periods. For example:

  • account and order records may be retained for a longer period for fulfillment, financial, audit, and dispute-handling purposes;
  • RG GraphPilot sessions, attachments, logs, and snapshots may be retained long term, or may be periodically deleted under server cleanup rules;
  • public snapshots may remain accessible during their validity period and may continue to exist for some time in caches, logs, or backups afterward.

9. Your Rights

Depending on the laws that apply in your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • request access to your personal information;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of certain information;
  • request restriction of or object to certain processing activities;
  • request a copy of your data where required by applicable law;
  • lodge a complaint with a regulator.

If you want to exercise applicable rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may retain the right to deny, limit, or delay certain requests where permitted by applicable law.

10. Minors

Our paid services, account system, knowledge-content purchases, credit purchases, and RG GraphPilot online services are not intended for users under 18. If we discover that a user under 18 created an account or submitted information in connection with paid services in violation of our rules, we may delete the related information, close the account, or restrict access.

11. Security Measures

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access control, encrypted transmission, session security, audit logs, edge security, and data-minimization practices. However, no internet transmission, cloud environment, or storage system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

12. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, GitHub repositories, payment pages, or other external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites or services.
